We’re a 2min walk from Tufnell Park Tube Station, which is on the Northern Line, High Barnet Branch.
For events at The Dome, the entrance is on the left side of the building on 2a Dartmouth Park Hill.For events at Downstairs at The Dome, the entrance is on the right side of the building on 178 Junction Rd.

Downstairs at The Dome, our ground-floor venue is accessible to wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. We provide a dedicated viewing platform with space for wheelchairs and companion seating and is accessible via a ramp.
The Dome, our upstairs venue is currently only accessible via a flight of stairs. We provide a dedicated viewing platform with companion seating and is accessible via a small step.
We offer early entry to both venues and can reserve seating (subject to availability) for individuals with a registered disability.

Please note, access requests are dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s always best to contact us as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket to ensure we can accommodate your requests.
Important Note: We unfortunately do not have accessible (ADA/disabled) toilets on-site.

We offer a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket for registered disabled customers who are able to safely access the premises. You can purchase all ticket types via our direct link here.
You will find the Personal Assistant Ticket option below the General Admission Ticket option. Just add one to your order and follow the checkout instructions as usual.
You may be asked provide proof of one of the following: CEA Card, Access Card, Hynt Card, Blue Badge, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.
Should you already have your General Admission Ticket but not a Personal Assistant Ticket, please get in touch with us directly via our contact form, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Personal Assistant Tickets are given on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have a limited allocation. We ask that you book your Personal Assistant Ticket no later than 7 days before the event you wish to attend.

Advance, Access and PA tickets can only be purchased online via our website. The promoter and/or headline act may also have tickets on sale through their own platforms or other ticket provider.
Please note that we use See Tickets for all ticketing transactions and as such are bound by their terms and conditions of sale and refund.
Should you need to return your ticket, please contact See Tickets or your ticket provider directly, as we are unable to process these requests.

LIVE MUSIC EVENTS
We are a 14+ venue. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Adults accompanying under 18s may be asked to present I.D.
CLUB NIGHTS
All club events are 18+CHALLENGE 25 POLICY
If you’re lucky enough to look younger than 25, you will be asked to provide legal photo I.D when purchasing age-restricted products on our premises. -
We do not post set times. Door times will always be advertised as well as stated on your ticket.
Set times are usually displayed throughout the venue on the night, with the curfew for live music events being 11pm.

We operate a No-Readmission policy. Once you have entered for the show, you will not be allowed back out except under specific circumstances and at the discretion of the venue.

Yes, our Yard is a large outdoor area with seating and heating where smoking is allowed.

Both venues have secure cloakrooms. If it is bigger than A4, it must go in the cloakroom.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue:
Knives & blades
Fireworks
Smoke devices & Canisters
Weapons
Dangerous or hazardous items
Illegal substances
Explosives or ammunition
Firearms
Any article that might be used as a weapon, be deemed as offensive or abusive and/or compromise public safety
Any person in possession of a prohibited item, will have the item confiscated and will be refused entry
Restricted Items - legal to possess but not allowed in the venue
Food
Drinks (Exception for water during hot days)
Alcohol
Permanent marker pens
Glass bottles

To ensure the safety of all customers, we reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject a person from the premises without a refund or compensation.
Reasons for this may include:
Posing a risk to yourself and/or others.
Failure or refusal of security search.
Breach of any of our licensing conditions (e.g purchasing alcohol for minors).
Impacting the running of the event or the enjoyment of other customers.
Interfering with or damaging our property/ the property of the organiser, or of local residences and businesses.
Failure to comply with requests from a member of staff or security.
Harassment or causing distress to staff, customers, artists or security at our venues.
Filming or taking photographs of a member of staff or security in a manner likely to constitute harassment or cause distress.
If in doubt, don’t be a dick.

Please get in touch as soon as possible using our contact form with the subject line “Lost Property”. If necessary, we can arrange to post your items back to you if you cover the postage. We keep lost items for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which we donate clothing items to local charity stores.

We are a cashless venue. If you require cash to purchase merchandise there are two local cash points, one outside Sainsbury’s and the other opposite Tufnell Park Tube Station on Tufnell Park Road.

Cameras with detachable lenses as well as compact cameras (e.g Fuji X100VI) are viewed as professional-use cameras, and you will require a photo pass to use at the venue.
Customers who arrive with such cameras and don’t have accreditation will be asked to leave them in our secure cloakroom until the end of the show at the insistence of the artists’ policy. Generally, no audio or video recording devices are admitted to the premises; phones are acceptable unless deemed prohibited by the artist.
If you are a professional photographer and want to take photos at a specific show, please make sure you have the correct accreditation prior to arriving at the venue.The Dome reserves the right to vary or alter these conditions without prior notice.
