Our downstairs venue space is accessible to non-ambulatory persons. However, please note that we unfortunately do not have accessible toilets as we are unable to adapt the premises accordingly in our Grade II-listed building. We have a viewing platform with seating options for disabled customers who are ambulatory and in the coming weeks we’ll have a 1:12 incline ramp for wheelchair access to the viewing platform.
Our upstairs venue unfortunately is only accessible via stairs and is therefore not accessible for non-ambulatory persons. We do, however, welcome disabled customers who are ambulatory. We can provide reserved seating, reasonably early entry and any further assistance we are able to provide in a safe manner.
For seating or any other questions or requests, please get in touch with us in advance via our contact form, choosing the subject line “disabled access”.

Cameras with detachable lenses are viewed as professional use cameras and you will require a photo pass to use at the venue. This accreditation can be requested through us or directly through the artists/promotion company running the event.
Customers that arrive with such cameras and don’t have accreditation will be asked to leave them in our secure cloakroom until the end of the show at the insistence of the artists’ policy. Most compact, phone and hybrid cameras are considered non-professional under typical artist policies. Generally no audio or video recording devices are admitted to the premises, phones are acceptable unless deemed prohibited by the artist.
If you are a professional Photographer and want to take photos at a specific show, please make sure you have the correct accreditation prior to arriving at the venue. The Dome reserves the right to vary or alter these conditions without prior notice.
