Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona. Halocene has been an unstoppable force of hard work and passion since 2008. Having toured from coast to coast in a beat up van, opening for bands like Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, and rocking the Vans Warped Tour. Halocene found their stride as YouTube influencers, uploading weekly and collecting over 30 million views. They are also one of the first bands to regularly livestream their performances on Twitch. Halocene is 100% self made. All music production, videos, sites and media are all created by the band.

Indie and proud since 2016, halflives survived the trials of life on the road, including a kidnapping in their own van early on that made them fear for their lives. Their first two EPs Empty Rooms (2017) and Resilience (2020) took them to 15 different countries to play hundreds of shows and support the likes of PVRIS, Against The Current, The Faim, Icon For Hire, Chapel and more. Halflives' latest EP (2021) was written entirely and co-produced by Linda, who embraced her position of creative force with this cycle and unapologetically expressed her vision and the identity halflives stand for.
